Happy Seeking has a double-meaning.

First, it stands for seeking out happiness, wherever you may find it and wherever it may lead. It's not being afraid to go down a path that looks scary when you know there are roses at the end. It's full-fledged, and reflects a strong desire to put happiness first and foremost in life, and to not be afraid of it, or ashamed of it, or to ever feel like you don't deserve it.

Second, it literally means Happy Seeking, just as you might tell someone Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays. It means that I wish happiness for you, and that, through wishing, I hope to bring it to you. It means that I know you deserve it. You are seeking, and I am wishing you well on your journey.
